March hasn’t been without its challenges this time around, but 99% of these were due to the adverse weather we had to deal with and fortunately inside Sports 360 the sun is always shining…..
Last month we told you how we were working tirelessly with some of the country’s most renowned brands and football clubs in regards to Kit Sponsorship deals and although we cannot yet bring you exact details, we can confirm that one of these deals is done and will be announced in due course. Next season’s kits look tremendous with the new branding on and no doubt players and fans will be absolutely delighted with their 2018/19 offering! It is a fantastic deal for all parties and one we are immensely proud to be part of.
Deals of this magnitude are often more of a marathon than a sprint and we are still fully immersed in two others at this point. To get these ‘over the line’ would be an incredible start to the first quarter of 2018.
The Betfred Super League is now in ‘full swing’ and this month has seen some truly exceptional games. Most notably Leeds v Hull, Saints v Leeds and Leeds v Cas showing the very best of what Super League has to offer. We have clients on Perimeter Advertising right throughout Super League, so whether a team is fighting to reach Old Trafford or busting a gut to stay in the top flight, there will always be plenty of Sky Sports coverage for each and every brand. We are working with new clients all the time and were really pleased to see Salford Van Hire make their LED Perimeter Advertising, Super League debut this month.
Netball took a short break in March as The England Roses set off down under for the 2018 Commonwealth games. We will be cheering the girls on as always and we truly believe a successful games could really help to propel the domestic game forward. It has taken great strides in recent times and we love being involved as England Netball’s Official Sales Agency, so to see the sport head towards the 2019 World Cup with a really strong England Team could take Netball in this Country to unprecedented levels.
As ever we have been in attendance at some great Football and Rugby League games in the past month and even managed a trip to Cheltenham too. We love what we do at Sports 360 and are passionate about watching live sport, but keeping our ‘ear to the ground’ by attending live games and events helps us to stay abreast of what our clients want and what we think might work in different Sports. Being fully immersed at ‘ground level’ has helped us grow into what we are today and is something we will continue to do moving forward.
2018 is building nicely and we are hoping April will allow us to bring you news of some really great deals, particularly in Football. We are proud of the clients and clubs that we continue to work closely with year on year and whether we win, lose or draw, we will “MARCH on together!”
